David is a senior consultant at Churchill Consulting. During his ten years as a consultant he has built deep expertise in strategies to improve business performance.

David has a broad range of experience with member-based organisations and the Government, utilities, mining and healthcare sectors leading operational reviews, improving business performance and managing programs.

David has delivered exceptional value to clients by helping them define their strategy, improve their efficiency and effectiveness, enhance their monitoring systems or implement new services.

Prior to joining Churchill, David spent six years as a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the United Kingdom. He was the director of performance review in the Office of the Auditor General (WA) and holds the Australian Institute of Company Director’s Diploma.
