Paul is a senior consultant at Churchill Consulting with over ten years experience in improving business processes and systems.

Paul has advised some of Australia's leading mining and manufacturing organisations on the effective use of management systems and how to managing change when implementing new business processes. 

Paul is adept at leading and coaching project teams and his advice has assisted clients with management operating systems, managing IT services, ERP deployment and project management.

Before working with Churchill Consulting, Paul consulted with several firms and held operational management positions and senior planning roles with an ERP solution vendor, plus heavy engineering and technology firms.
