Our client is a leading organisation in land syndication and funds management.  Churchill has been selected to prepare a Business Case for the procurement of an ERP solution for endorsement by our clients Board, including the preparation of a tender document detailing a comprehensive list of requirements.  In addition Churchill will assist our client in contract strategy and negotiation with the preferred solution vendor.
