Churchill Consulting has been selected by one of Australia’s leading privately owned mining and civil construction contractors to assist with strategic and business planning.  Churchill will work alongside the CEO and executive team to facilitate the preparation of a new strategic growth plan.  This includes conducting an in-depth market segmentation and assessment, facilitating the development of a new strategic plan and linking this to the annual business planning process.
