Management Consultants

Churchill Consulting’ s success is primarily due to the quality of our consultants. We seek an energetic experienced consultant who has a reputation for delivering outstanding results to clients and can demonstrate the ability to challenge conventional thinking.  You will have been involved in complex change engagements and overseen project delivery from start to finish with a leading consulting organisation.

Churchill Consulting offers a stimulating and dynamic team environment and is committed to developing your career.  Career development at Churchill Consulting will comprise the following key elements:

  • Capability Development: Gaining a good balance of business, personal and technical skills is important to your development. We’ll provide structured learning programmes (including the potential for post graduate professional development) but also provide the framework for you to continually develop your skills through the day to day interaction you have with the team around you.

  • Leadership: One-to-one conversations about your development objectives start early - the first is with your coach during your induction. A range of key people will be on hand to guide, advise and help you plan ahead. They'll include a buddy who will help you settle in; and a principal or director mentor to boost your understanding both of the firm and your longer-term opportunities.

  • Feedback: Regular, constructive, focused feedback is part and parcel of life at Churchill Consulting and you should expect to give it as well as receive it. You learn from and build on your experiences, so we'll regularly ask you for feedback on the people you're working with.

  • Variety of work: We build this into your day as well as your ongoing career. You'll work with different clients across industry, try out new roles and even sample other areas of our service offering.

  • Intellectual Challenge: Our clients expect  us to live up to our philosophy of Challenge – Create – Perform.  You will be involved in improving and developing intellectual property and our  service offerings. We will help you push yourself to think in new ways, challenge conventional thinking and  apply leading thought within a robust framework.

  • Fun: We ensure there is a good work/life balance and regularly get together for team development and social outings.
