Based in the Perth CBD and reporting to the Administration & Finance Manager, we are currently seeking an experience ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT to be responsible for the management and coordination of our reception and Client Floor areas as well as performing diverse administrative tasks required by the organisation.

We are looking for a permanent full-time office administrator to join our vibrant team during our office hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

The Role

Churchill Consulting’s Administration Assistant plays a pivotal role within the firm and contributes to the overall success of the organisation. With exposure to the whole business, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. It is a requirement that a strong commitment to confidentiality and customer service is demonstrated.

Your role will be both challenging and diverse offering administrative support across areas including, General office duties, Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, Project Control and Human Resources.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A client-centric attitude and the ability to build rapport with customers, suppliers and staff members.
  • MYOB experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
  • The ability to anticipate, think laterally and manage accordingly
  • Exposure to Professional Services industry is an advantage.
