David Prendiville
Director

David is a founding Director of Churchill Capital Consulting. Prior to setting up the firm David was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Perth office. Prior to joining PwC David was a manager with Alexander Proudfoot Consulting where he worked throughout the Asia Pacific region. Before entering consulting David spent seven years in a family company developing a National Fuel retailer.

David has an extensive management consulting background and has advised clients on a range of matters including Corporate Strategy, Finance and Cost Management, Performance Improvement, Post Merger Integration and Organisation Redesign Engagements. He has experience in a wide range of industries including, resources mining & exploration, oil & gas, industrial, financial services, and utilities.

In addition to his extensive management consulting experience he has conducted Strategic due diligence with PWC and Churchill Capital for clients primarily in the resources and industrial products industries.

After attending Aquinas College in Perth, David went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University. David is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
