Garry Kukura is an Associate Director of Churchill Consulting with over 20 years experience in customer and sales management. This experience, gained in both advisory and executive roles, ranges from customer strategy development through to execution including the development of operating frameworks and models, business processes, systems integration (predominately CRM systems), change management approaches and customer training delivery platforms.
