Mal has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years in business analysis, business process re-engineering, systems implementation and project management roles. He has spent the last 6 years specializing in project managing the implementation of a range of commercial applications.

This includes the International rollout of Tier 1 and 2 ERP systems, Mine Planning and Production reporting systems, Engineering Materials management systems and Call Center management systems. The work has included business requirements and process definition, interfacing with other commercial and real time systems.

Prior to this he has held various roles in General Management, Engineering Design, Engineering Maintenance and Production Management. Mal is also a certified APICS lecturer and has delivered all modules of the CPIM course. His analytical and methodical approach, strong communication skills and collaborative attitude make him an invaluable team member.
