Paul is a Senior Associate at Churchill Consulting and has over seven years management and consulting experience.

Paul is a specialist in the effective use of existing ERP/MRP systems as well as the change management of new implementations and upgrades. He has assisted, and consulted to some of Australia's leading organisations, with a particular forcus on Project Management, Management Operating Systems, Manufacturing Planning MRPII & ERP solutions and services management.

Before working with Churchill Consulting, Paul held operational management and planning roles with an ERP software vendor, heavy manufacturer and data communications firm.
