Russell is a Senior Associate of Churchill Consulting with over 20 years experience in Customer Management and marketing. This experience, predominately gained in a niche CRM consultancy, ranges from CRM tool development through to program and project management of major customer management and marketing initiatives. It has included the development and implementation of marketing optimization tools, operational frameworks, supporting business processes, systems integration, director level reporting and effective business change management.

Russell also has extensive experience as a business focused technologist able to align traditional IT departments with business priorities. This experience extends to the full information technology life cycle including analysis, design, programming, testing, implementation, change management and operational support.
