Rochelle Armstrong

Rochelle is a Chartered Accountant with a background in corporate finance and commercial management, having provided advisory services in Australia and internationally to a broad spectrum of public and private companies.

Rochelle delivers a range of investment, equity raising, property identification and development services for the Group. 

Prior to working with Churchill Consulting, Rochelle held positions with a prominent engineering group and a large mutual as a Manager of Strategy and Development. 

Previously Rochelle undertook the role of Client Manager with Deloitte Corporate Finance for several years.

Rochelle’s role with Deloitte encompassed valuations for corporations and leading banks, expert witness advice in regard to pre-acquisition due diligence procedures, mergers and acquisitions advice, preparation of independent experts reports, capital raising, structuring advice, financial analysis and project management.

Prior to joining Deloitte Rochelle worked in the United Kingdom for an investment bank involving project management for the introduction of the Euro.
