Malcolm has a track record of implementing asset management strategies to drive a positive safety and continuous improvement culture in organisations he works with. Leveraging his 6 Sigma Black Belt and ISO9001 auditor skills, Malcolm has improved equipment reliability across fixed and mobile fleets with both owner operators and mine services organisations.

Previously, Malcolm has held asset management roles with Downer EDI Mining, OceanaGold and WesTrac.
