Roger Plumb

Senior Associate

  Roger is an Associate of Churchill Capital Consulting and specialises in strategic performance improvement. Prior to working with Churchill Consulting he spent 6 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia and the UK, working as a Principal Consultant with large public and private sector clients, and as an Investment Director in PwC Venture Partners, the corporate venturing arm of the UK business. As well as advisory and investment experience he has 15 years of operational management background, primarily in the IT industry including periods with IBM and ICL and roles to Board level in a software startup which he helped to take to IPO on the London Stock Exchange.

Roger’s main areas of consulting expertise are strategy development, performance measurement, organisational change, business process improvement and change management.

After attending Bristol Grammar School, Roger obtained a Masters degree in Theoretical Physics from Cambridge University. He has a Masters in Management from London University and is a Sloan Fellow of London Business School.
