Todd Mairs
Director

Todd is a Director of Churchill Capital Consulting and specialises in organisational strategic change. Prior to joining Churchill Consulting, Todd spent four years in the United Kingdom where, as a strategy manager with Accenture, he consulted to several major financial services institutions. This built on the experience gained in Australia as managing director of the family accountancy practice and earlier experience as a technology consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Australia. Todd has over 12 years consulting experience to both public and private sector organisations in Asia, Australia and Europe.

Todd has comprehensive experience in the development of business strategy, operational models, organisational improvement and customer relationship management. In recent years he has specialised in assisting large customer-based organisations to identify a clear customer strategy and to develop a greater focus on their customer management capabilities.

After attending All Saints College Todd went on to complete with a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA from The University of Western Australia. Todd also has a post graduate diploma in Information Systems and is a member of CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
