The Position

We are currently recruiting for a Manager / Senior Manager – Performance Improvement who will have a focus on supply chain.

You will assist clients with:

  • Performance improvement across supply chain, asset management and procurement.
  • Strategic reviews of operating models.
  • Reducing costs in their supply chain function.

Your perspectives will help challenge the status quo and introduce new ways of thinking. You will lead others to develop workable pragmatic solutions that stick and aren’t too theoretical.

Bring your expertise and work with some of Western Australia’s most iconic organisations in the resources, transport and logistics, health and aged care, tourism, financial services, government, utilities and not-for-profit sectors.

About You

We are seeking talented individuals who have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field. Advanced studies such as an MBA would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Prior experience in professional services (ideally in a Big 4 environment or with another leading consulting firm).
  • Technical knowledge in the areas of supply chain, procurement and performance improvement.
  • Industry sector experience in mining, mining services and/or oil and gas.
  • Proven leadership and management skills with people and projects.
  • Business development capability is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, judgement and numerical skills.
  • A positive attitude, initiative, drive and the ability to think resourcefully.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective relationship management skills, can build networks and influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills with the MS Office suite.

This position is located at our Perth CBD office. There may be occasions to work at client offices depending on future project needs.
