Chiara Giovanrosa is a Manager at Churchill Consulting, with over 6 years of consultancy experience in business model design, strategic initiative operationalisation and IT program implementation.
Chiara brings a broad skillset including market analysis, business evaluation and diagnostic, design and implementation of process, performance improvement frameworks, program and project management, core business transformation and change management. Client focus, efficiency realisation and collaboration are key principles driving Chiara’s approach to problem solving, strategic thinking and innovation seeking.
Chiara has also acquired experience around start-ups and innovation capabilities, framework and processes and developed strong passion on medical research innovation and the use of technology applied to science.
Key areas of current focus for Chiara relate to the integration of Internet of Things infrastructure with new business model and the strategy around Cyber Security requirements and implementation.

Prior to Churchill, Chiara’s previous experience included 3.5 years with EY Australia where she worked on several significant transformation engagements across the public and private sector and 2 years in Deloitte Italy where she was pivotal in the project management role for a national program in the transportation industry.
Chiara has a Bachelor of Business Administration from LUISS University in Rome as well as a Master in Accounting and Business Finance from Victoria University and a certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Recently, Chiara also completed an Innovation Program in the Medical Research field run by SPARK Co Lab (Perth) in association with Stanford University.
