Lindsey Phillips is a Manager in our Digitial Transformation team who has over twenty years industry and consulting experience.
Lindsey has significant expertise in process improvement, business analysis and full project implementation lifecycles across multiple markets/sectors. Her impressive consulting pedigree has allowed her to develop in particular skills in project and stakeholder management, as well as those associated with successful change management implementations. She is a certified Prince2 Practitioner.
Before joining Churchill, Lindsey worked as a management consulting contractor for over four years. She has also worked at KPMG for twelve years, providing business and management consulting services to large corporations in both London and Australia. Prior to this, she spent over three years in internal audit with ISCOR (South Africa).
